These services can be tailored to meet the needs of the project. We generally send in a team of 3 operatives each day to carry out the cleaning works as required.

The services can include the following:

1. Washing down and cleaning of gloss paintwork i.e. skirting boards, doors, doorframes radiators etc.
2. Dusting and polishing of all services and ornaments.
3. Cleaning outside and inside (where required) of cupboards.
4. Cleaning of light switches and light fittings including chandeliers.
5. Cleaning of kitchen appliances.
6. Cleaning insides and outsides of windows including builders clean to windows which involves scraping of the panes.
7. Cleaning of baths and bathroom furnishings.
8. Vacuuming of upholstery.
9. Vacuuming of curtaining.
10. Washing down of flooring.
11. Vacuuming of carpeting.
