We generally remove rugs from site for cleaning at our specialised plant which can safely treat the finest rugs including:-

Washed Chinese, Antique Bessarabian, Nepalese Hand Tufted Lahores, Hand Crafted Needle workrugs, Aubusson, Tapestry & fine pieces.

Reasons for off site cleaning:

1. Minimises colours loss, fading and ‘bleeding’ by introducing colour stabilisers at an early state. Stabilisers can take up to 48 hours to ‘cure’.
2. Natural drying times for certain pieces vary from 2-5 days depending on ambient temperature.
